There are no problems highlighted on the drivers. Verified Purchase. This would have gotten 5 stars if they bothered to write protect it! You can copy the files, add to them, and burn your own disk if wanted. Tech support responds fairly quick. Unless you are a Tech and depending on your problem that your trying to fix it can be confusing on how to fix your problem. No real directions on how to use the software.
But overall it's worth having. Great Investment! Good tools. My laptop kept on showing me an error message and it would reboot just to turn on to the same error message. I followed the instructions and plugged in the USB drive first, waited about 7 min.
It showed me Hiren's Window 10, took off the USB drive, shut off my computer and I insterd the CD, followed the instructions once more and within 5 min I was able to recover my files and everything else!!!! It did not completely work to Reset my main log in password. It was able to reset the guess user's pw but not the main one to log in. No Support or Customer Service information provided at all.
